Return Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why you've got a select number of days from the date of purchase before the warranty expires (check the "Specifications" tab in the product description to see the warranty for the specified product). Within this period of time, you may contact us to create a warranty claim with the manufacturer if the product is defective, the product arrived damaged, or any other manufacturer or shipping related issue. Please note, the manufacturer will require a video showing the product's damage in order for the claim to be approved. As per the industry standards for health & safety, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for reasons such as changing your mind - only reasons pertaining to a damaged or faulty product can result in an approved claim.
